Most AI problems aren’t AI problems.

They’re problems of scope, process and ownership. We work those out together, because your team knows the work best. Then I build what fits, from simple automations to custom tools and AI agents, tested, documented and handed over so your team can run them. For healthcare teams and small businesses.

AI is very good at looking finished.

Most teams I talk to are in the same spot: pressure to do something with AI, no one who owns it, and a first attempt that doesn’t land. Or worse, one that seems to.

A healthcare agency asked AI to check finished documents against their writing rules: the spelling, punctuation and terms every document has to follow. The first approach gave the AI their guide, a document written for people. Each time it read the guide, it found a different set of rules. Same document, a different check every time.

The fix wasn’t a smarter model. It was rewriting the guide for the AI: a numbered checklist, one rule per line, drafted by AI and checked by me against the original. Now it works through each rule in turn and shows what it checked. It’s the difference between handing a new starter the staff handbook and handing them a checklist.

AI doesn’t fix a process. It speeds it up, good or bad. That’s why the thinking comes first.

For healthcare teams

Tools for regulated content that show their working and leave the decisions with your reviewers.

For small businesses

Less manual work, clearer numbers, and tools someone on your team can look after.

Selected work

A few recent projects, for a healthcare agency, a luxury retailer and Vaultia.
